Challenges and approach

The introduction of the rating system on the rental platform required the solution of three key tasks. Firstly, we have developed an algorithm for calculating and displaying the star rating for performers. Secondly, we created a system of progressive tasks with automatic accrual of bonuses. Thirdly, we integrated a new motivational module into the existing platform architecture. This approach increased the involvement of performers and the quality of services in the market of special equipment
