Set up a secure and regulated data exchange between the Gosuslugi portal and the internal information systems of state bodies, ensuring the end-to-end performance of services
Update the portal user interface, including input forms and elements, in strict accordance with approved regulatory control requirements and accessibility standards

Challenges and approach
The development of public services required the solution of three key tasks. First, we have created a flexible architecture for integration with departmental systems. Secondly, we have implemented a strict cycle of pre-release testing. Thirdly, we updated the interface according to the requirements of regulatory control. This approach has provided reliable, legitimate and convenient services for citizens
